Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to design and implement experiments and features aimed at driving business growth and improving user satisfaction
  • Leverage product analytics to identify opportunities for experimentation, focusing on user acquisition and engagement
  • Create multiple design solutions, from initial sketches to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring alignment with target audience preferences and project requirements
  • Integrate user research and A/B testing data to inform design decisions and optimize user experience
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and facilitate discussions, ensuring alignment with product goals
  • Work closely with Engineering to provide UX specifications and assets for high-quality delivery of experiences to customers
  • Contribute to the development of style guides and design systems
  • Collaborate with senior designers to enhance skills and advocate for user-centric design practices within the organization
  • Conduct basic qualitative research exercises and synthesize findings to drive design improvements
  • Participate in usability testing sessions and gather user feedback for iterative design enhancements
  • Create and maintain design documentation, including specifications and design files
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or related field
  • 2-4 years of product design experience, preferably in growth-focused environment
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user testing and research
  • Basic knowledge of UI design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory
  • An eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative design solutions
  • Experience in responsive web design
  • Effective communication skills across organizational functions and levels
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on solving user problems
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and UX best practices
  • Kind, collaborative, and empathetic approach to teamwork
  • Ability to present and explain design concepts and decisions

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.
Salary Range: USD $72400.00 - $103400.00 / Year
